It looks like pin1 on each sensor take-off is connected to ground. At least in the case of the CPU thermal diode, it is recommended that you use 2 conductor Dallas MAX1668 cable to keep electrical noise to a minimum.
On my single channel unit, which is for monitoring just the Thermal Diode in an Athlon XP, I use shielded 2 conductor audio cable. It's small and inobtrusive. Dallas MAX1668

The Athlon XP CPU Dallas MAX1668 an internal Thermal Diode that, if monitored, will yield an accurate core temperature that is not influenced by external factors like Thermistor or Thermocouple sensors are prone to. Stepback has designed a circuit card that enables the user to not only monitor the Thermal Diode in the XP CPU, but many diodes that can be placed around the motherboard as well.
My module is designed for just the CPU and the ambient air in the case. If your motherboard has room around the SMBus header, you Dallas MAX1668 simply mount a 5-pin female MTA connector right on Stepbacks board and plug Dallas MAX1668 in. In many motherboards, there is not adequate clearance around the SMBus header to do that. In that case, I assume Stepback intends the user to attach a ribbon cable to the card which has the 5-pin female connector on the end and plug it into the SMBus header. Then you connect a 2wire shielded cable to the CPU socket pins U7, S7 and a convenient ground point and hook it into any one of the input connectors.

Here is where you connect to your KT7A-R: Dallas MAX1668, here are the SMBus headers on your motherboard. You are lucky in that you have two to choose from and they are relatively in the clear. I can't imagine any other motherboard being being any more restrictive with the SMBus header location.
